THE Electoral Commission of SA (IEC) has warned disgruntled communities and political party members against disrupting this weekend’s voter registration drive, before the November 1 local government elections.

Chief electoral officer Sy Mamabolo issued the warning during the IEC’s update on the state of readiness of voter registration.

A total of 23 151 voter registration stations will be operational from 8am to 5pm with 48 899 registration trained officials on duty. | Political Bureau
