EGYPT BRACES FOR 3RD WAVE

EGYPTIAN authorities have imposed stricter Covid-19 rules as the country approaches its third wave of infections. News website eTurbo News reported that the country has banned large gatherings and reduced retail operating hours to combat the spread of the coronavirus as the Eid al-Fitr holiday approaches and during the last days of Ramadaan and the Eid celebrations. Some of the restrictions would remain place until May 21 to deal with the resurgence of the virus.
