US-RUSSIA ENVOYS TO RETURN
US PRESIDENT Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin agreed this week to begin cybersecurity and arms control talks. Putin said the summit in Geneva was constructive. They agreed to send their ambassadors back to each other’s capitals. The countries recalled their envoys after Biden said in March that he thought Putin was a “killer”. Putin said he had been satisfied by Biden’s explanation of the remark.
