THE Plettenberg Bay Ocean Festival, which officially kicks off today, had a workshop yesterday at Poortjies Lagoon, bringing together Plett’s Adopt-A-Swimmer and the Black Mermaid Foundation, which introduced a group of youngsters to the wonders beneath the waves.
