Powerful countries the largest exporters of weapons

IT IS illogical that at the recent conference on climate in Glasgow the topic of weapons and the climate was not discussed.

Bombs and weapons create a lot of damage to the climate.

Just go to Yemen where there is a deadly war raging and see the damage being done to the environment and climate.

The chemical warfare in Vietnam caused a lot of damage to the environment and the climate too.

The answer is simple: the powerful countries don’t want the topic to be discussed because they are the largest exporters of weapons in the world.

They earn billions of dollars and euros in exports to other countries.

I hope the Netherlands and American and European media will highlight this in their editorials shortly. Honesty is the best policy.
