Yes, we should blame the ANC

AFTER reading Koert Meyer’s letter to the Cape Argus last week, I feel it deserves a response.

Mr Meyer asks if we should blame the ANC for everything.

If he means everything that has been bad for this country, the short answer is "yes".

I know what many readers are thinking: “Everything? Surely not everything?”

Well, quite right. However, I'm prepared to believe that the only reason they aren’t to blame for everything is because somebody got there before the ANC could mess it up.

This isn’t the first time I've seen one of Koert Meyer’s inexplicable defences of the ANC. The Argus should investigate Mr Meyer’s identity, because I suspect that Koert Meyer is a pseudonym under which Jacob Zuma writes, or Pule Mabe maybe.
